1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or booking through this website (goodreviewsonly.lodgify.com), you ("Guest") agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Rental Agreement, and House Rules for City of Trees House (link to property page). City of Trees House ("Host", "we", "us") reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting.
2. Booking and Payment for Your Sacramento Vacation Rental
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of 25% of the total cost at booking, 25% due 7 days before arrival, and the remaining balance due on arrival. All payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our cancellation policy.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 30 days or more before arrival receive a 100% refund of paid prepayments; 14 days or more, 50%; 7 days or more, 25%; less than 7 days, 0%. All cancellations incur a $50 processing fee.
4. House Rules for City of Trees House Guests
Guests must comply with our House Rules: No parties or unauthorized guests; Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM; No smoking; Respect the space; Reservation guest ID is required before check-in. Violation may result in eviction without a refund.
5. Damages and Liability
Guests are responsible for damages caused during their stay and may be charged for repairs or replacements. We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to Guest property; Guests use the property at their own risk, including amenities like the hot tub and game room at City of Trees House in Sacramento, CA.
6. Privacy
We collect personal information (e.g., name, email, ID) to process bookings and verify identity. Information is stored securely and deleted after your stay, in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
